Project Prompts is a tool that allows users to create, organize, and share AI prompt sets. You can build prompts with typed variables, share them via public links, and export them directly to AI platforms.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create on Project Prompts. By making a prompt set public, you grant other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to view and use the content of that prompt set.

You agree not to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content via shared prompt links.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without written permission.

The Project Prompts name, logo, and codebase are the intellectual property of the Service. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to use our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.
