Privacy Policy

Project Prompts ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and any display name you provide. This is managed via Supabase Auth.

Prompt content: The prompt sets and individual prompts you create are stored in our database. Private prompts are only visible to you; public prompts are visible to anyone with the share link.

Usage data: We track a view count per public prompt set (an incrementing integer — no visitor identities are stored).

Cookies & sessions: We use secure, HTTP-only cookies to manage your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To operate and maintain your account.
• To display your prompt sets to you and (if public) to others.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password reset) via Supabase Auth.
• To understand how the Service is used in aggregate (view counts only — no personal analytics).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompt content to train any AI model.

Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced. This means database queries are scoped to your account at the database level — not just in application code.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel (or your chosen host) — hosting and edge functions. Their privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

If you choose to make a prompt set public, its title, description, and prompt content become accessible to anyone with the share link. This includes search engine crawlers. You can make a prompt set private again at any time — though we cannot guarantee previously cached copies are removed from third-party services.

Your account and all associated data (prompt sets, prompts, bookmarks) is retained until you delete your account. You can delete individual prompts or entire prompt sets from the dashboard at any time.

To request full account deletion, email us at hello@projectprompts.app. We will process deletion within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@projectprompts.app.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
